The ICBC Drivers Services License Office is conveniently located in the centre of downtown Richmond. This office is a short walk from the Canada Line, and other transit stops. You will find several shopping, dining, and other necessary facility very close by, for friends or family members to visit while you go out for your road test, or in to renew your license. The building itself, although older, is quite accessible.
