Our take…

Thompson Community Centre and adjacent park is located where Granville meets Railway. Parking can be accessed off of Lynas Lane.

The Centre has added some adaptive equipment, and also offers scheduled times between 9:00-12:00 on Tuesdays, and 16:00-19:00 on Wednesdays. These Special Adaptive Fitness times require registration, and are reasonably priced at $4.95 or $2.50 with your Access Card available from the City of Richmond. One on one coaching by a personal trainer is also available at the Centre. The Fitness Centre has many different types of equipment spread throughout the spacious room as well as some free weight stations.
